Challenge
Drogarias São Paulo and Drogarias Pacheco operate over 1,500 stores and a digital operation that must connect orders, inventory, stores, pickup, and delivery.
With the growth of models like Pick-up in Store and store-based fulfillment, the challenge became ensuring that every order reached the correct point of sale and was processed within the expected service level.
Strategy
Logstore began acting as an orchestration layer between the digital side and store operations.
The strategy could be summarized in three pillars:
- Orchestrating orders and inventory across channels;
- providing operational visibility into the order journey;
- monitoring productivity and service levels in real time.
Execution
Order Orchestration
Intelligent distribution of orders across stores, pickup points, and other fulfillment operations.
Store Operations
Tools for store teams to receive, pick, and process digital orders.
Inventory Accuracy
Visibility and control over the inventory availability used for sales promises.
Performance & SLA Monitoring
Monitoring of OTIF, productivity, orders, and operational service levels.
