Operating in new sales channels requires more than just making products available. Catalog, inventory, orders, and deliveries must work in coordination for the operation to be sustainable on a day-to-day basis.
We have an important update: Logstore has successfully completed the integration certification with 99Compras. With this certification, we are moving forward to provide our clients with 99Compras catalog, inventory, and order management directly through Logstore. The integration is not yet available in production, but it is expected to be released within the next four weeks.
What will the 99Compras integration allow?
With this integration, Logstore clients will be able to centralize some of the main 99Compras operational processes within our platform.
In practice, it will be possible to manage the channel's catalog, inventory, and orders in a way that is integrated with your existing operations.
These include:
- Catalog management;
- Inventory updates;
- Order management.
Important points for getting started
At this initial stage, there are some 99Compras features that need to be considered before starting operations.
In-store pickup is not yet supported
Currently, 99Compras does not support orders with in-store pickup.
Therefore, operations that use models like Click & Collect should keep in mind that this flow will not yet be available on the channel.
Exchanges are not yet part of the flow
99Compras also does not support product exchanges at this time.
If an order needs to be changed, the currently available process is to cancel the item.
We recommend using 99 delivery
Our recommendation is to prioritize deliveries carried out by 99 itself.
The platform also allows for store-managed delivery. In this model, however, there is an operational detail: since the person responsible for the delivery does not have to be a 99 courier, they must access a specific page on the platform to confirm the delivery.
Therefore, clients who wish to use their own delivery service should review this workflow with our team beforehand.
Cash payments require caution
We also recommend avoiding cash payments, especially when delivery is handled by the store itself.
Combining cash payments with in-house logistics adds steps and complexity to the process, increasing the need for operational oversight.
